🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
- 7-10 years of related experience.
- Knowledge of real estate fund structures and NAV concepts.
- Fund accounting experience with Yardi platform.
- CPA preferred; MBA or CFA a plus.
- Excel Pivot Tables, SumIf, and VLOOKUP in Microsoft Office.
