📋 Description

• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close (5–8 days)
• Ensure accurate revenue, deferred revenue, and partner reporting
• Maintain US GAAP compliance (ASC 606/718/842)
• Lead annual financial statement audits and internal controls
• Improve ERP and accounting systems; ensure data integrity (NetSuite, Carta)
• Build and lead a high-performing accounting team with scalable processes

🎯 Requirements

• CPA required
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 12-15 years progressive accounting experience
• 5+ years in high-growth, venture-backed environments
• Strong US GAAP and complex revenue recognition
• Experience managing and developing accounting teams; NetSuite implementation preferred
