🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- 7-10 years of related experience
- Real estate fund structures and NAV knowledge
- Fund accounting experience with Yardi platform
- CPA preferred; MBA/CFA a plus; MS Office proficiency
- Strong communication and cross-team collaboration
