Controller

📋 Description

• Oversee GL, cost accounting, revenue recognition, AP/AR, fixed assets, and close.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial statements per US GAAP.
• Develop, implement, and maintain internal controls and policies.
• Support FP&A with budgeting, forecasting, and financial insights.
• Collaborate with ops, supply chain, PM and partners to improve cost/margin.
• Manage annual audits and liaise with external auditors.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related; CPA or CMA strongly preferred.
• 8–12+ yrs accounting/finance; 3–4 yrs public; multi-site/manufacturing with intl exposure.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and internal control frameworks.
• Excel, financial modeling; BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik); ERP systems; UKG a plus.
• Ability to collaborate across departments, influence decisions, and lead teams.
• Onsite in Fremont, CA or Indianapolis, IN.
