🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 7-10 years of related experience, with fund accounting background.
- Knowledge of PE fund structures, NAV, distributions, and valuation.
- Technical accounting incl. ASC 606, ASC 810; Yardi system familiarity.
- CPA preferred; MBA/CFA a plus; Big 4 background preferred.
- Proficient in Excel (Pivot Tables, SumIf, VLOOKUP).
