Be sole operations entry point for named customer; engage on requests and spot projects.
Coordinate daily ops across multiple offices to meet SLAs; resolve issues.
Propose preventive and corrective actions to strengthen account objectives.
Align deliverables with customer expectations; ensure smooth communication.
Collaborate with sales to adjust rates and service levels when needed.
Review KPI reports and drive continuous improvement for onboarded key customers.

🎯 Requirements

Solid knowledge of freight forwarding core products (sea) and combined transport.
Strong operational background.
Good connections with shipping lines preferable.
Coordinate with Account Owner (Sales) on forecasts, risks and opportunities.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent; 5+ years sea cargo management; English and Chinese.
Positive mindset and strong problem-solving abilities.
