Contracts Specialist

📋 Description

• Draft and review a high volume of commercial agreements, including SOWs and NDAs.
• Maintain and update standard contract templates to current standards.
• Manage contract approvals following a defined playbook.
• Ensure contract language is clear, accurate, and compliant.
• Collaborate with Legal, Client Services, and Finance for seamless operations.
• Support sales teams to close deals faster.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3+ years in Legal Operations or Commercial Contracts.
• Experience supporting sales in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Strong contracting law knowledge; MSAs, SOWs, NDAs.
• Experience with contract management systems; Conga CLM preferred.
• Experience with contract redlining tools (Conga CLM, Ironclad).
• Salesforce knowledge a plus; proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace.
