📋 Description
- Draft and review high volume commercial agreements, incl. SOWs and NDAs.
- Ensure clarity, accuracy, and compliance to protect the organization's interests.
- Maintain and update standard contract templates for current legal standards.
- Manage contract approvals by following a playbook and processes.
- Make informed decisions based on guidelines; escalate when needed.
- Ensure contracts comply with policies, risk parameters, and laws.
🎯 Requirements
- 1-3+ years of experience in Legal Operations or Commercial Contracts.
- Experience supporting sales teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong knowledge of contracting law, with MSAs, SOWs, NDAs.
- Experience with contract management systems; ideally Conga CLM.
- Comfort with contract redlining tools (Conga CLM, Ironclad).
- Basic understanding of Salesforce is a plus.
