Contracts Specialist

📋 Description

• Draft, negotiate, and execute EPC, O&M, and supply contracts.
• Coordinate contract execution with exhibits and internal/external parties.
• Evaluate contractor and supplier proposals; drive term reviews with counterparties.
• Define scopes of work; ensure insurance and compliance before release.
• Support change orders, disputes, and payment terms.
• Maintain contract docs and support financing, procurement, and risk management.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 3+ years in renewable energy EPC contracting or project development.
• Knowledge of EPC contract forms, structures, terms.
• Understanding solar modules and battery storage supply agreements.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, organization.
• Familiarity with structured finance and lender diligence; legal exposure is a plus.
