Contracts Specialist

📋 Description

• Draft, negotiate, and execute EPC, O&M, and supply/purchase contracts.
• Set up systems to manage IPP contracts; coordinate with VP, IPP.
• Manage contract exhibits, attachments, and approvals.
• Support procurement, vendor management, and contracts in Engineering.
• Monitor contract performance, changes, and dispute resolution.
• Centralize contracting templates and processes across the company.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 3+ years in renewable energy EPC contracting or related roles.
• Knowledge of EPC contract forms, structures, and terms.
• Experience with solar module and BESS supply agreements.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organization.
• Familiarity with structured finance and lender diligence; legal exposure a plus.
