Contracts Paralegal

📋 Description

• Manage Conga contracts system: review queue and approve terms.
• Review all Life.Church contracts for liability, indemnity, and terms under attorney supervision.
• Provide contract analyses to leadership and obtain necessary approvals.
• Suggest revisions to protect Life.Church and secure favorable terms.
• Draft contracts using Life.Church standard terms when none are provided.
• Support daily Legal operations: Conga, templates, inbox, and training.

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.
• Self-motivated, initiative, independent decision-making, problem-solving.
• Systematic, organized, accurate, and timely work approach.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal certification preferred; 1–3 years experience.
