๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Prepare and customize various legal agreements (NDAs, teaming, contracts, grants)
  • Actively participate in contract and grant negotiations with partners
  • Serve as primary contact for contract communications with customers/partners
  • Coordinate negotiations with partners, clients, and internal/external legal counsel
  • Identify and ensure compliance for Nava's contracts and grants
  • Assess contract/grant needs and propose strategic solutions
  • Communicate status, risks, and blockers to relevant teams
  • Maintain an accurate, organized archive of contracts and grants
  • Understand constraints and align contracts with Nava's interests
  • Clarify where we have flexibility within contracts
  • Build relationships and reputation with partners, funders, government clients

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 5+ years in contract management/compliance; 2+ years managing state contracts
  • Direct NASPO contract vehicle/state purchasing experience
  • Compliance requirements for grant/state-funded engagements
  • Able to operate in fast-paced, cross-organizational environments
  • Experience with complex contract management situations
  • Proficiency with G Suite, MS Office, Slack and related tools
