Contracts Manager (Public Sector  Commercial Renewals)

📋 Description

• Draft/review/negotiates MSAs, NDAs, DPAs, SOWs, SaaS agreements.
• Review and manage SLED contracts from intake to signature.
• Resolve common public-sector issues (clauses, certifications, data/privacy) with stakeholders.
• Develop and standardize SLED playbooks, templates, and intake triage processes.
• Own the Legal portion of RFP/RFI responses: intake, planning, deadlines, coordination.
• Build renewal workflows and reusable assets; align with cross-functional teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with SLED/public sector contracting.
• Drafting RFP/RFI responses and deadline management.
• Renewal workflows: auto-renewal, notices, PO terms.
• Build templates, playbooks, and intake triage processes.
• Strong project management, attention to detail, and clear communication.
• Familiarity with CLM platforms (Salesforce) and Microsoft 365; AI-enabled tools.
