Contracts Manager, Public Sector

📋 Description

• Draft, analyze, and negotiate complex public sector contracts, incl. IP licensing
• Propose and develop scalable solutions to improve contracting efficiency
• Collaborate with business units and legal to streamline contract management and reduce risk
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Business Ops, Research, and Procurement to align counsel with objectives
• Flexible across multiple areas in the small legal team and pitch in where needed

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in contract management, incl. tech or gov contracts
• 3+ years supporting technology transactions or government sales
• Experience with FAR/DFARS, GSA Schedules, or GWACs
• Knowledge of FedRAMP terms and government prime contracting
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and relationship skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication; multitask well
