  • Draft and negotiate inbound/outbound tech contracts.
  • Manage coordination between Salesforce and contract management tooling.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Privacy, and cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Finance, HR).
  • Liaise with clients to create, review, and administer commercial agreements.
  • Provide guidance on contract language, negotiation, and renegotiations.
  • Provide advice on revenue and legal matters and efficiency opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years negotiating, reviewing, and drafting tech-related contracts.
  • Experience negotiating data licensing and data protection agreements.
  • Experience with contract management systems (preferred).

  • Willingness to learn about our products and markets through training.
  • Experience in high-growth/pre-IPO technology companies is a plus.
