Contracts Manager

📋 Description

• End-to-end management and compliance of customer, vendor, and government contracts.
• Liaise with Sales, Marketing, HR, IT, Engineering, and Finance to align terms with policy.
• Maintain SOX compliance and internal controls for public company reporting.
• Optimize Ironclad CLM, automate workflows, and improve template modularity.
• Lead contract lifecycle processes to ensure timely, accurate delivery.
• Advise on terms to balance risk, revenue, and compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; corporate paralegal background preferred.
• 5-7 years contracts management experience.
• Proactive, collaborative with internal and external clients.
• Proven track record managing multiple high-priority deals under deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; high ethics and transparency.
• Proficiency with CLM tools (Ironclad preferred) and Salesforce.
