Own end-to-end contract lifecycle for services and research agreements.
Scale contracting ops and CLMS across teams.
Act as internal expert and trainer for the CLMS.
Partner with Legal, Compliance, Finance, Procurement, Clinical, and Commercial teams.
Develop and maintain contract templates and playbooks.
Establish KPIs and dashboards to monitor contracting performance.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required; JD or Paralegal preferred.
3–5 years in contract management with CLM systems.
Strong prioritization and ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic setting.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Experience with LinkSquares CLM; AI tooling a plus.
