Track contract status and ensure alignment with study timelines.
Collaborate with Clinical Operations to resolve issues.
Update study teams on contract negotiations and execution.
Establish, track, and report site contract metrics.
Assist in policies to improve timely contract execution.

🎯 Requirements

Graduate, postgraduate, or 4-year degree; science/healthcare field preferred.
5+ years drafting, reviewing, negotiating CTAs and vendor contracts.
Experience leading interactions with Study Teams and Sponsors.
Excellent organizational and written/verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of contracting plans; CTA and Budget negotiations.
MS Office proficiency; strong document management.
