  • Review, redline, and negotiate SaaS, MSA, NDA, and vendor contracts
  • Partner with Sales and RevOps to close deals; advise on contract risk and structure
  • Coordinate with Product, RevOps, and GTM on product/pricing changes
  • Navigate bank and financial institution procurement; handle complex requirements
  • Own the contract lifecycle in Ironclad: track terms, renewals, and obligations
  • Build and maintain contract templates, playbooks, and scalable processes

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in hands-on contract management: drafting, reviewing, negotiating commercial agreements
  • Experience negotiating SaaS agreements, MSAs, NDAs, and vendor contracts
  • Experience partnering with Sales in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational instincts; able to manage high volume and deadlines
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree
