  • Willingness to learn basics of Real Estate, Legal, Accounting
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience
  • Understanding of basic legal and accounting principles preferred
  • Real estate/ construction contracting experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with Yardi and Nexus accounting software preferred
