🎯 Requirements
- JD or LLB from a reputable law school; member in good standing of Integrated Bar of the Philippines.
- 2–3 years post-Bar experience in corporate law, contract management, or in-house counsel; telecom preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in drafting and governing complex commercial contracts and related laws.
- Proven track record with Philippine regulatory bodies (SEC, NTC, BIR, PEZA, etc.).
- Strong business acumen; ability to balance risk mitigation with growth.
- Excellent critical thinking; ability to research complex legal issues and explain to non-lawyers.
- Exceptional attention to detail and disciplined contract lifecycle management.
