- Prepare final contract drafts, file docs, and log notes in accounting software
- Organize contract documents per company policy
- Prepare transmittals and courier packages

🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, or related field preferred
- 2-3 years office experience, preferably in legal dept or related industry
- Experience reviewing/processing contracts and other legal documents
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines
- Excellent oral and written communication; familiarity with legal terminology
- Exceptional organization skills; attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Deltek Vision software a plus
