📋 Description

  • Prepare final contract drafts, file docs, and log notes in accounting software
  • Organize contract documents per company policy
  • Prepare transmittals and courier packages
  • Route agreements for signature; follow up to obtain executed contracts
  • Create tracking and status reports for accounting and operations
  • Engage with internal teams in PM, marketing, finance, accounting and HR

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, or related field preferred
  • 2-3 years office experience, preferably in legal dept or related industry
  • Experience reviewing/processing contracts and other legal documents
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines
  • Excellent oral and written communication; familiarity with legal terminology
  • Exceptional organization skills; attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Deltek Vision software a plus
