🎯 Requirements
- 4+ years in contracts admin or legal ops; 2+ years with gov/IC/aerospace.
- FAR knowledge; fluent with SAM.gov, PIEE, WAWF.
- End-to-end lifecycle: pre-award to closeout; FFP, SBIR, OTA, commercial.
- Proposal support: review RFPs, flag risk, meet submittal deadlines.
- Execution discipline: work from playbooks/templates; ensure compliance.
- Organization/throughput: manage high-volume actions; deadline-driven; clear comms.
