  • Deep understanding of B2B sales/revenue orgs (enterprise to mid-market).
  • Sourcing and closing senior/leadership GTM talent.
  • Strong stakeholder management; influence decisions.
  • Hands-on with sourcing tools and ATS (Greenhouse preferred).
