- Deep understanding of B2B sales/revenue orgs (enterprise to mid-market).
- Sourcing and closing senior/leadership GTM talent.
- Strong stakeholder management; influence decisions.
- Hands-on with sourcing tools and ATS (Greenhouse preferred).
