🎯 Requirements

- Active, unencumbered OT license
- 2+ years of clinical experience in home health or aging in place
- Strong interpersonal and clinical reasoning skills
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Proficiency with technology and digital documentation; work independently with remote team
