• Conduct in-home assessments and functional evaluations

• Collaborate with Director of Clinical Operations to support process improvements

• Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic system

🎯 Requirements

\n
• OT degree from accredited program
\n
• Active, unencumbered OT license
\n
• 2+ years of clinical experience
\n
• Experience in home health or aging in place
\n
• Tech-savvy with digital documentation
\n
• Independent work style with remote collaboration
\n
