Work with Director of Clinical Operations to support process improvement initiatives
Maintain accurate documentation through our electronic system

🎯 Requirements

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Active, unencumbered OT license
2+ years of clinical experience
Experience in home health, aging in place, or disability services preferred
Proficiency with technology and digital documentation
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team
