Conduct in-home assessments and functional evaluations
Deliver personalized, evidence-based recommendations for home modifications
Educate clients and caregivers on fall prevention and safe mobility techniques
Engage clients and families in collaborative care planning
Work with the Director of Clinical Operations to share findings and improve processes
Maintain accurate and timely documentation through our electronic system

🎯 Requirements

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Active, unencumbered OT license
2+ years of clinical experience
Strong interpersonal and clinical reasoning skills
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Proficiency with technology and digital documentation

🎁 Benefits

Compensation: $120 per evaluation
Contract: minimum 10 hours/week
Location: In-Home Visits
Monthly payments within 2 weeks of month end
Travel to/from client’s home included
Additional travel paid with prior approval
