Contracted In-Home Occupational Therapist

📋 Description

• Conduct in-home assessments and functional evaluations
• Deliver personalized, evidence-based home modification recommendations
• Educate clients and caregivers on fall prevention and safe mobility
• Engage clients and families in collaborative care planning
• Coordinate with Director of Clinical Operations to improve processes
• Maintain accurate documentation in our electronic system

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active, unencumbered OT license
• 2+ years of clinical experience
• Experience in home health, aging in place, or disability services preferred
• Strong interpersonal and clinical reasoning skills
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Proficiency with technology and digital documentation
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team

🎁 Benefits

• Anticipated start date: 4/1/26
• Compensation: $120 per evaluation
• Contracted, minimum 10 hours of weekly availability
• Contractors are paid monthly, within 2 weeks of the previous month’s end
• Per-evaluation travel, evaluation, and documentation included
• Additional travel pay, when approved beforehand
