- Compensation: $120 per evaluation
- Contracted role with at least 10 hours/week
- Collaborate with Clinical Operations on findings and process improvements

🎯 Requirements
- Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Active, unencumbered OT license
- 2+ years of clinical experience
- Experience in home health, aging in place, or disability services
- Strong interpersonal and clinical reasoning skills
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
