🎯 Requirements
- Degree in Occupational Therapy from accredited program
- Active, unencumbered OT license
- 2+ years of clinical experience
- Experience in home health, aging in place, or disability services preferred
- Strong interpersonal and clinical reasoning skills
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Proficiency with technology and digital documentation
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team
🎁 Benefits
- Anticipated Start Date: 4/1/26
- Compensation: $120 per Evaluation
- Employment Type: Contracted, minimum of 10 hours weekly
- Location: In-Home Visits
- Contractors paid monthly within 2 weeks after month end
- Paid per completed evaluation (travel, evaluation, documentation)
- Additional travel pay with prior approval
