- Conduct in-home assessments and functional evaluations

- Maintain accurate and timely documentation through our electronic system
🎯 Requirements
- Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Active, unencumbered OT license
- 2+ years of clinical experience
- Experience in home health, aging in place, or disability services preferred
- Strong interpersonal and clinical reasoning skills
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
🎁 Benefits
- Rate: $120 per evaluation
- Contractors paid monthly, within 2 weeks of month end
- Compensation includes travel, evaluation, and documentation
- Additional travel pay discussed and approved in advance
- Start date: Immediate
- Location: In-Home Visits
