🎯 Requirements
- Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Active, unencumbered OT license
- 2+ years of clinical experience
- Experience in home health, aging in place, or disability services preferred
- Strong interpersonal and clinical reasoning skills
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Proficiency with technology and digital documentation
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team
🎁 Benefits
- $120 per Evaluation
- Contractors paid monthly within 2 weeks of month end
- Pay per completed evaluation includes travel, the evaluation, and documentation
- Additional pay for extended travel with prior approval
