🎯 Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in technical sourcing or recruiting
- Experience hiring for engineering roles across Go, Python, JavaScript (React, Node, Next.js), GCP or similar
- Power-user proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse (or a comparable ATS)
- Comfort sourcing across NA and EMEA markets
- Strong communication, project management, and storytelling skills
- Experience sourcing for IC and leadership roles (e.g., Engineering Directors, Principal Engineers)
