🎯 Requirements
- 7+ years experience as a Business Analyst in software delivery.
- Excellent stakeholder interviewing; translate ambiguous asks into clear requirements.
- Strong skills writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and specs.
- Process mapping (current/future) and translating processes into system behavior.
- Salesforce ecosystem experience (Sales/Service/Experience Cloud) with data concepts.
- Experience collaborating with Salesforce admins/developers and external vendors.
- Proficiency with Jira and Confluence; strong documentation practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin, CS, IT, or related field, or equivalent.
