- Relevant recruiting/sourcing experience, incl. passive candidates outbound.
- Experience sourcing for Account Executive and sales roles, ideally in software.
- Strong research skills to map, engage talent across regional/global markets.
- Experience working with recruiters and hiring managers to align on needs and adjust sourcing strategies.
- Familiarity with ATS and recruiting tools; experience with Greenhouse or LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Comfort working remotely in asynchronous environment; willingness to learn tools like GitLab.
