- Experience sourcing and recruiting across Tech, GTM, G&A, etc.
- Experience leveraging AI to automate parts of the hiring (Sourcing, scheduling, analysis).
- Previous experience recruiting candidates in the space or aerospace industry.
- Skilled in competency and behavioral based interviewing.
- Leverages data to anticipate and solve problems throughout the hiring process.
- Proficient in optimizing ATSβs (Greenhouse preferred).
- Global hiring experience (Europe & Asia).
