📋 Description

  • Independently draft, review, and negotiate client-facing and supplier contracts.
  • Lead and support end-to-end contract negotiations, identifying risks.
  • Act as primary legal contact for internal contracting matters.
  • Provide pragmatic legal guidance balancing risk with enablement.
  • Articulate risk positions to Sales and senior stakeholders.
  • Support sales for Kpler's technology products with Deal Desk collaboration.

🎯 Requirements

  • Master’s in Law, or Bachelor’s with extensive commercial contract experience.
  • 3-5 years in a contract-focused role within a corporate environment.
  • Proven experience independently negotiating and closing complex contracts (MSAs) in tech/SaaS.
  • End-to-end negotiation experience for commercial contracts.
  • Independently manage standard and moderately complex negotiations with limited supervision.
  • Cross-functional work with Legal, Compliance, Sales, IT, Security, Eng, and Finance.
