🎯 Requirements
- Master’s in Law, or Bachelor’s with extensive commercial contract experience.
- 3-5 years in a contract-focused role within a corporate environment.
- Proven experience independently negotiating and closing complex contracts (MSAs) in tech/SaaS.
- End-to-end negotiation experience for commercial contracts.
- Independently manage standard and moderately complex negotiations with limited supervision.
- Cross-functional work with Legal, Compliance, Sales, IT, Security, Eng, and Finance.
