Contract Specialist

📋 Description

• Draft, negotiate, review, and finalize NDAs, MSAs, IOs, and contracts.
• Maintain contract templates, fallback clauses, and negotiation playbooks.
• Assist customers, partners, and employees with data privacy requests.
• Maintain records of contracts and liaise with departments for compliance.
• Develop and support new processes to meet compliance requirements.
• Provide guidance to improve organization-wide compliance competencies.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; law degree preferred.
• 3+ years’ experience handling contracts in-house.
• Background in marketing, software, or lead generation a plus.
• Proven experience managing legal projects from conception to completion.
• Excellent English communication (Slack, email, phone).
• Agile professional in a fast-paced environment.
