Contract Specialist

📋 Description

• Draft, negotiate, review, and finalize NDAs, MSAs, IOs, and contracts.
• Maintain contract templates, fallback clauses, and negotiation playbooks.
• Assist with data privacy requests from customers, partners, employees.
• Manage contract records and ensure cross-department compliance.
• Support governance and compliance initiatives and vendor/security assessments.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; law degree preferred.
• 3+ years of contract experience in a fast-paced in-house environment.
• Background in marketing, software, or lead generation is a plus.
• Proven experience managing legal projects from conception to completion.
• Excellent English communication skills (Slack, email, phone, in-person).
• Agile, fast-paced, adaptable; ability to pivot strategies.
