π― Requirements
- 5-7+ years in technical sourcing or recruiting, with focus on software engineering hiring.
- Ability to build and convert high-quality pipelines for senior+ engineering roles in competitive markets.
- Strong understanding of engineering roles and leveling, with early assessment of scope and technical experience.
- Experience building relationships with recruiters and hiring managers, influencing strategy with insight/data.
- Excellent written communication and high bar for candidate experience.
- Organized, data-informed, and able to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
