5+ years in full-cycle technical recruiting (engineering, product, design).
Resourceful problem solver; thrives in ambiguity; owns outcomes.
Strong urgency and bias for execution; moves quickly and thoughtfully.
Sourcing, engaging, and closing tech talent across multiple levels.
Advising managers on market trends, leveling, and evaluation.
Familiar with Greenhouse ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools.
