  • Strong ability to assess candidate scope, impact, and performance across revenue/ops.
  • Proven track record engaging passive talent in competitive markets.
  • Experience partnering with recruiters and hiring managers as a sourcing lead.
  • Full-cycle recruiting experience; able to independently own roles.
