- Proven ability to build and convert high-quality pipelines for non-technical roles.
- Strong ability to assess candidate scope, impact, and performance across revenue/ops.
- Proven track record engaging passive talent in competitive markets.
- Experience partnering with recruiters and hiring managers as a sourcing lead.
- Full-cycle recruiting experience; able to independently own roles.
