Hands-on senior role on a small full-stack team building AI-powered learning experiences
Ship end-to-end features across frontend, backend, data, and LLM services
Work with AI agents (Claude Code, Copilot, Cursor) and improve team workflows
Own problems from vague asks to production, monitored and stable
Drive engineering practice improvements and clear technical standards

🎯 Requirements

5+ years building production web apps with React/TypeScript frontend and Python backend
Own ambiguous problems end-to-end and ship with measurable impact
Substantive code review history showing architectural awareness
Active daily use of AI coding agents with a clear point of view
Comfort with production debugging across the stack: traces, logs, profiling
Strong async written communication: PRs, Slack, specs
