Contract Senior Accountant

📋 Description

• Prepare and record payroll journal entries across ADP, Deel, Velocity Global.
• Reconcile payroll-related balance sheet accounts and perform monthly CFO review analytics.
• Record monthly accruals for benefits, SUI, and FX on international commissions.
• Prepare monthly commission entries and maintain the deferred commission waterfall.
• Reconcile employee benefits and adjust vendor billing/policy changes.
• Serve as FloQast administrator and support the monthly close process.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience with payroll and commissions.
• Solid multi-state and international payroll, deferred commission capitalization, and accrual accounting.
• Hands-on experience with ADP; familiarity with Deel is a plus.
• FloQast experience is a strong plus.
• Strong Excel skills with large, employee-level datasets.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
