🎯 Requirements

5+ years of full-cycle recruiting with legal hiring experience
Comfortable contracting in ambiguous, high-growth environments
Strong stakeholder management; coach hiring managers
Highly organized with strong attention to data integrity
Able to analyze recruiting data and monitor health
Passionate about AI's potential and risks
