- Lead structured interviews to maintain candidate experience while moving fast
- Partner with hiring managers to define criteria and interview processes
- Present and negotiate offers confidently with strong close rates
- Use data, metrics, and AI tools to sharpen sourcing and forecast pipeline needs
🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong recent background in-house
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- A track record of delivering in high-volume hiring environments without letting quality slip
- Hands-on experience with an advanced ATS - Ashby or Greenhouse preferred
- Comfort with recruiting metrics and KPIs, and the ability to use them to drive real decisions
- The independence to operate effectively in a contract capacity with minimal hand-holding
- Genuine curiosity about AI and a commitment to learning how it's reshaping the way we work
- Ready to work in an office environment most days of the week
