🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • A track record of delivering in high-volume hiring environments without letting quality slip
  • Hands-on experience with an advanced ATS - Ashby or Greenhouse preferred
  • Comfort with recruiting metrics and KPIs, and the ability to use them to drive real decisions
  • The independence to operate effectively in a contract capacity with minimal hand-holding
  • Genuine curiosity about AI and a commitment to learning how it's reshaping the way we work
  • Ready to work in an office environment most days of the week
