  • Support employer branding: job postings, social content, candidate communications.
  • Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS (Greenhouse).

  • 3-5 years of experience in recruiting, preferably in high-volume or operations-focused environments.
  • Experience sourcing and managing candidates through ATS platforms (Greenhouse preferred).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proven ability to work with a sense of urgency while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a proactive, solutions-driven approach.
  • Prior experience in cannabis, logistics, manufacturing, or related industries is a plus.
