- Minimum 3-5 years of recruiting experience with a strong track record.
- Preference for candidates with agency plus in-house recruiting experience.
- At least one year of freelance/contract recruiting experience.
- Average 20-30 hours per week; hours may vary.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Good computer skills.
