Hire and manage search firms to recruit top talent.
Train managers and executives on effective networking for recruitment.
Assist with HR technology selection, corporate training and development.
Update HR policies as needed.

🎯 Requirements

Minimum 3-5 years of recruiting experience with a strong track record.
Preference for candidates with agency plus in-house recruiting experience.
At least one year of freelance/contract recruiting experience.
Average 20-30 hours per week; hours may vary.
Bachelor's Degree.
Good computer skills.
