🎯 Requirements
- 1-3 years as Associate Product Designer or UI role; partner with PMs/engineers.
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or related field.
- Demonstrated ability to design user flows, wireframes, prototypes.
- Experience with user research methods: testing, interviews, surveys.
- Experience with data visualization, observability, and web-team operations a plus.
- Curiosity about AI; designing AI-powered features or using AI tools in design workflow is a plus.
